• Seasonal Maintenance Checkups

A Seasonal Maintenance Check-Up checks the unit operation for the upcoming season (whether heating or cooling). The customer is asked if there are any problems with the unit. The overall operation of the unit is checked. The refrigerant charge is checked. The heat exchanger and flue is checked on furnaces and boilers. The controls and operation are checked. The air filter, coils, blower assembly, and visual inspection of condition of equipment and ductwork is checked. No repairs, adjustments, or cleanings are performed during the checkup, but the customer is notified and recommendations are noted on the service ticket.

The Cost is $59 per visit or $124 per year.
